Held in the Sanctuary at 8:45AM. Traditional. Prayerful. Patterned after the church in the Book of Acts. Devoted to the apostles’ teachings. To fellowship. To the breaking of bread. To prayer.
Held in Wesley Hall at 9:00AM. So what is a praise or contemporary worship? Simply the same as it has been since Jesus walked here on earth. The service may make use of a Praise Band and the singing of non-traditional songs but the final goal is giving honor and praise to His Father in heaven. It is living lives in obedience to His word and His call on our life. Let us not confuse worship with music.
Worship doesn’t change.
Held in the Sanctuary at 11:00AM. The service makes use of the Chancel Choir in praise to God. The songs are standard hymns or anthems that remind us of God’s love and our call to serve Him. Worship is reverent, thoughtful and centered on our need for God in our daily lives. Communion is usually offered the first Sunday of each month.
